Avoid. 3+ hour wait time, an abuse of the residents of the the RGV. Establishment is infested with ants and is not kid friendly.

Took son for a physical elsewhere and told he had a heart murmur. Was referred to Dr. Khan and they were able to schedule EKG and Sono same morning. Arrived there and the place was packed. Both tests were done and soon after he came in and explained the results. All came out well (Thank God!) and really appreciated Dr. Khan taking the time to explain and keep us at ease. Will certainly be back. On OUR visit the front desk staff were great. Nurses were also friendly and very professional. I read other complaints about the long wait and over-crowded. But I look at the end result. Once you are in the room one on one with Dr. Khan that is YOUR time. Discuss and ask to YOUR satisfaction. After all YOUR are paying for a service. I seriously doubt Dr. Khan will short change you on your visit. Don't let these other frustrations get you down.

Like any other health care services in the Valley, WORST staff ever, apathetic and unwillingness to work is amazing and for that they can get 5 stars. I can get better attention every time that I take my DOG to the VETERINARY. Always find this place overbooked. The only thing that this places cares is MONEY. Doctor only see you for a few minutes and waiting time WITH APOINTMENT literally took hours. So, if you care about your little person GET ANOTHER DOCTOR.

Staff was very unprofessional I jept gett8ng run around they never have dates correct for appointment. Cannot do billing correct had call my own insurance to verify coverage on procedures being done and found out they never recieved payment due to 8ncottect billing coding at office. I have been calling for 3 weeks trying to get my refund back and i keep getting thrown around stating thete office manager is not in and is the only person who can issue refunds Dr. Khan is Great i believe he is great with kids and explains everything great he just has terrible office personal. The nurses helping outback are also great

This Dr was extremely knowledgeable in his field as well as other fields impromptu. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DR to all those looking for answers and great care.
