Waste of time and money! If you are on the younger side, they really play with your time and money and don't take your concerns very seriously. I wait sooooo long for these appointments (a month or more out) and when I go it's either an hour long wait, randomly called saying they need to reschedule my appointment, or I'm told the doctor I'm paying to see is not available and should come back in "maybe" an hour. On top of that they minimize my symptoms, are not interested in investigating anything, it is just so upsetting! Terrible all around.

I had an appointment later in the month for a heart echo but to my advantage there was a cancelation today. I arrived at the scheduled time and the attendant at check-in was just as friendly and helpful as you would want her to be. I was taken back for the procedure right on time. The technician was just as friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the job she had to do. I could not have asked for a better experience and will not have any problem recommending their services to anyone else.

DrNo call backs after leaving multible voice mails . Finally got a call and tried to find out why they changed it , and she said I promoseGuttigoli is wonderfull , but his office personal it worse that terrible . Had a real important question to ask as my prescription got changed and I tried to call to find out why , Good luck trying to talk with someone !

They are trying to change me for a missed appointment that I canceled way ahead of time. The girl I spoke to on the phone said she could see where I canceled but that I'd have to talk to an office manager. I have been able to leave a message they never called back but, have sent a bill to my primary doctors office and sent me emails about it. I tried to call several times and the calls disconnected (how convenient). I wonder how many of our elder communities are being scammed in the same way. I personally will not pay for an appointment that I canceled, if I had truly missed it, I would hold myself accountable because that's the person I am. However to show on my record that I canceled the appointment and your trying to charge me a missed appointment, where is your integrity?

I don't know where to start when it comes to this place Doctors are great staff is great but when it comes to the front desk that lady is the rudest i've come across she seems to be bothered for doing her job not to mention the patients in the lobby were saying the same thing about her this type of person will keep people away
