I was a new patient first time and older lady at the front desk would ask for ins card I handed it to her but she put my card down for me to reach and get it I gave them another chance after I had a procedure the Dr afridi he was cool but I had questions called left messages no one returned calls I had to go there to resolve my problem I'm ok canceled an up coming appointment this not how I do business my health is important to me
I have never met people so rude. They were not helpful. Not friendly. Lady at desk act like she was stressed and tired. No smile no nothing sad. I was trying to become a new patient but after this treatment I will find a more friendlier and patient office

I've been going for years to see Dr. Gupta whim I thought was very pleasant in the beginning. I've since been released but had a recent scare and it was suggested I follow up with my heart specialist. That visit was not pleasant at all. It felt like the Dr was being very short with me and that my concerns weren't valid. He did order test, but I felt they were just to get me out of the office. I don't know, we will see.
