Question how do the heart stickers get on the ceiling? And no lie the wait is long. I came in early 10am and no one in the lobby, however going on to 3 hours waiting. They have a sign warning you about this wait but I came in and no one was here I should of been out already.
Omg worse office seriously. Only 1 worker in the whole office and she didn't seem to kind per say . The waiting time is 3-4 hrs don't know why if there's hardly any patients it's not overbooked. The employee doesn't provide good customer service . The dr is slow as hell we were waiting forever for EKG results and never came seriously it's horrible so just walk out and told kids Dr to refer me somewhere else .
Went in expecting the worst based on most reviews. Office is a bit outdated. Wait time was not too bad. Front desk lady was very nice and fast considering she was the only person I saw in the office other than the Dr. The Dr was kind and patient. The visit did not feel rushed at all. The doctor took his time explaining and answered all my questions. Would recommend.
Worst place ever. I do not recommend this place at all. The wait to see the doctor is so long. The receptionist has horrible customer service and leaves to be on their phone. If you have any questions they roll their eyes and answer with attitude. You have to knock on the door hard so they can attend you if you don't they'll ignore you, since the front is always empty.
I was very upset on how my daughters appointment went due to one staff there at this clinic. The girl who was checking my daughters vitals was very rude to us and made our experience horrible. I could tell she was not in the mood at all from the start and was getting impatient with my daughter. She goes and sits down and is scrolling on her phone while I was trying to calm my daughter down because my daughter was scared and and not understanding the exam that was being done to her and mind you she is only 3 years old. Instead of helping and doing her job the girl very rudely insisted I take my daughter back to the lobby and to calm her down there because in her words said "there's other patients that need to see the doctor too". I thought she was very unprofessional and hope she doesn't treat other patients the way we were treated. Glad to say I will never be returning back.
