I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment and was waiting in the lobby. Dr. Malik was in his office speaking quite loudly to his office assistant regarding another customer rescheduling their appointment due to a conflict. He then started complaining very loudly about the customer easily heard by me in the lobby. When I confronted him about it and let him know it was very unprofessional. He began to gaslight me and let me know how I was mistaken and didn't understand what I heard with my own ears. When I confronted him about it he told me that he was sorry I felt that way but I didn't know what I was hearing. I let him know that as a customer I knew the fact that if he would trash talk one customer in front of another then there would be nothing keeping him from doing the same to me. When I told him the only thing he should be doing is apologizing and letting me know that he was wrong and that he was sorry for his inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, his only were response was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." There was never an apology and there was no admission that he was wrong.

I called this clinic two weeks back, male person answered my call saying dr Malik clinic. I had some question regarding my daughters medical report with some another doctor and was looking for record room contact he replied wrong no and puts down the phone. Second time I call to at least get some help in getting the right no again he drops the call without even listening to me. As this is a medical center and they are supposed to help and guide patients in need of help. I called 3rd time and got a seriously bad language response from this gentleman and he put down the phone again. Dr Malik needs to check this to help the patient decently in need.

I'm not sure how many people work in the office but I've only had contact with the woman who answers the phone . I've called multiple times and have asked to speak with someone else due to the rudeness and language issue but never can. I'm not sure how the dr has ANY patients due to her.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. The clinic is unorganized takes forever to get a RX refilled. Don't waste your time at this clinic. 0 stars
