Dr. Daniel Caldwell: Compassionate, Engaging, and Exceptionally Thorough My regular doctor referred me to Dr. Daniel Caldwell to evaluate some irregularities in my EKG, and I'm so glad he did. From my very first visit, Dr. Caldwell was incredibly engaging--he listened attentively, shared not only his medical expertise but also personal experiences that made the interaction feel genuine and human. Over the course of several visits, I've also been seen by other members of his staff, who are equally professional and kind. Even when I wasn't scheduled directly with Dr. Caldwell, he still made time to connect, answer questions, and share stories. His openness and willingness to spend time with patients is something I truly appreciate. I cannot recommend Dr. Caldwell highly enough. Every experience has been exceptional, and his thoughtful approach to care makes a real difference.

The note from the office visit read "Long discussion complaining about the DME upset about service, unable to move forward and constantly interrupted." This single sentence stood in place of the large amount of fine details which I had given lengthy explanations about how my needs were not being met and what should be done about it. The clinic had set me up to purchase a $1000 APAP machine from a company who happens to be out-of-state, offers no sales/service locally, and accepts no returns. I experienced extreme difficulty using the machine. The clinic refused to help me, nor find help for me, in using the machine. Instead, they ignored my information about companies having proper refund policies and local support, and they just referred me to another company who does not accept returns. They issued grave warnings about me proceeding without treatment but offered no alternatives for treatment, simply leaving me with high anxiety.

The first encounter on the phone with the staff was excellent. The staff was courteous and professional from the initial point -of-contact to the scheduling of my next appointment and testing. Lastly, Dr. Caldwell is amazing and competent. He is empathetic, patient reassuring, and thorough. I appreciate his knowledge and wisdom concerning cardiology and sleep apnea. The fact he is willing to conduct research and studies to stay informed and impact lives shows just how much he cares. The Dr. Daniel Caldwell practice provides a personalized experience. The best cardiologist we have ever had. Speaking from experience after hubby has had quadruple bypass, 11 years ago. Great cardiologist then but Dr Caldwell far exceeds them. Justin is a ray of sunshine and the rest of the staff is always professional, courteous, and helpful when needed.

Dr. Caldwell is top tier. He takes time to listen to you as he comes up with a plan. His assistant and staff are welcoming and nice.
