Dr Mottl and his nurse were great! But the front desk staff a different story. The first window I walked up to, it took about 2 min to be greeted. The lady finally says "can I help you?" And she pointed me in the right direction. Then upon checkout, Dr Mottl showed me who to checkout with and the lady didn't even look at me. So I just stood there for a few minutes before someone else came and helped me. Overall a good visit though with the exception of a few bad apples.
Dr. Mottl was recommended by a friend. While many doctors no longer care about bedside manner, Dr Mottl is friendly, thorough and educates you on good health habits through conversation. The nurses are also very personable. Good care and a good experience are valuable and I appreciate it.
Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and personable doctors and staff. I've been going here for years, and have never been disappointed. Best place foe cardiovascular issues!
I had a great technician. She was very nice and professional. My issue is with the doctors office. No one has called in 4 working days with my results. I called yesterday and today and left messages. No response yet.
The doctor was over 30 minutes behind schedule but I will wait for Dr Mottl.
