I have rated Dr. Diaz before and he is the best! But once again his support staff again screwed up. I told his staff I was changing pharmacies. They even filmed some prescriptions from new pharmacy, but have sent two prescriptions from the old pharmacy. I have spoke to the office manager and she laughs in her response!
I have been a patient of Dr. Diaz for more than five years. In all of my visits, Dr. Diaz has always taken as much time as I needed, listened to everything I have to say, and answered all my questions. I trust Dr. Diaz completely and feel well taken care of
I respect Dr. Diaz and the decisions he makes to help me with my health issues. He and staff are always very kind and listen to what I have to say.I feel like I have a say about my treatment. Front office workers are always helpful.
This is the second time that I have to rate Dr.Diaz 's office staff or Texas Health staff. Who ever is responsible for refilling prescriptions has once again dropped the ball. When you call there is at least thirty minute wait for a response. Then they send you to a voice mail. I really like Dr. DIAZ, but his customer service department do not rate high. I WAS CALLED BY Dr.Diaz himself. He promised to look into the problem. I have full confidence in DR. Diaz.
The entire staff at CIVA (Cardiology, Interventional and Vascular Associates) are very professional without being impersonal. Doctor Diaz is warm, informative and encouraging. I've been to many doctors' offices and I'm very impressed with them all at CIVA. I would rate them "10 out of 10 stars" if allowed!
