My appointment was at 9am. Dr. Jain saw me so quickly once I arrived. I was in and out, in about an hour. Dr. Jain and I discussed everything I needed to talk with her about. And I love her nurse staff! They are so sweet and amazing and try to keep me calm throughout my appointment. Great experience.
Dr. Jain and her staff have always provided wonderful service. She and her staff are caring people and Dr. Jain is on top of my husband's health. She's one smart doctor. The only non positive comment which is not horrible, is that the wait time after being taken to a room there wait time can be long. But I would rather this office and staff a "10".
First visit with this doctor. From the front office girls to the visit with the doctor, I found everyone to be friendly, fun and kind. Dr Jain is extremely knowledgeable and easy to discuss my issues with. Great chair side manner and willing to listen to me. I left with a very confident feeling that everything is going to be alright.
I enjoyed the person who did my echo and I love Dr. Jain. She makes me feel very relaxed. Plus I got good news so its easy to be positive. But it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there is polite and supportive.
Dr. Jain has a wealth of knowledge! She spent quality time with me, reviewing my health history personally, rather than relying on paperwork. I was treated with utmost respect and dignity. My only concern is the wait time.
