I have been a patient of Dr Jimenez for 10 years. He has never wavered with his thoroughness and concern for my care. Now I am also working with Dr. Wells and he also seems to have my health as his primary concern. Enjoy the office staff as well. They are very efficient and kind.

Doctor & nurses conducting tests were nice; hence the two stars instead of one. However, some of the office staff was extremely unprofessional, unreasonable, and unnecessarily hostile. Was scheduled to get a heart monitor and never did. During my first visit, the hostile employee said there were no heart monitors left and several times interrupted the doctor saying aggressively that my insurance would not cover any of the tests for which he was scheduling me. The statement about my insurance coverage was false. Then when I asked for the heart monitor I was scheduled during my next appointment, I was told there were no heart monitors returned that day because of rain, but that someone would call me throughout the week as soon as a heart monitor got turned in. I did not get a call, so I called, and was told there were still no heart monitors available yet. At the end of my next visit, 5 minutes before their phone recording said the office was closed (even though they are supposed to close at 5:00pm and I called at 4:40pm while leaving their garage, which you must pay for because they do not validate parking), I asked again about the heart monitor (since this was my last test day and second to last scheduled appointment). The same hostile employee replied very passive aggressively that other people were scheduled for a heart monitor for that day and though she had two left, she stated she could not give me one because both were already reserved for two other patients on the list for that day. She stated that my only option was to wait two to three days and drive to their office again (and pay for parking again), and she should be able to reserve one, but I should still call ahead to see if they had heart monitors available. I explained that I had done nothing wrong and I could not get a fourth excused absence from work in only three weeks, especially since I still had another appointment with the doctor the following week. She responded in a hostile tone she would just cancel it. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Dr. Wells is AMAZING! I drive from the Waco area just to see him. I would give them 5 stars, however my only complaint is the billing. They overbilled me and it took a long time for reimbursement.

Be a patient of Dr Jimenez, great Doctor, but front staff isn't very friendly or helpful.
