I'm currently having a stressful moment in life and the ENTIRE staff really made a difference by being very professional, efficient, caring especially Joy, MA! I did not have to express my personal issues to receive this professional treatment they took their time to take care of me as a person. I greatly appreciated the positive experience team provided. Dr Hoang is always a great caring listener and works with her patients providing care. Thanks Dr Hoang and staff!

My Cardiologist Dr. John Tan is an eminent Cardiologist with immaculate background, very knowledgeable, confident, and spends time with me without rushing. I have been pleased with his approach of treatment. He insisted on doing the Stress Test Echocardiogram on treadmill instead of Nuclear medicine test even though I had issues w left ankle - this gave him direct data as well as to me. His direct staff and all the office personnel are excellent. The portal gets updated almost in real time with visit summary, results, etc. I have recommended him to a friend who also visited him and was very happy.

I visited this place for my post-op checkup and it truly deserves 10 stars. The front desk staff were excellent and super friendly. The nurse's care was also outstanding. Dr. Sireesha Vasireddy is an exceptional medical professional, and all I can say is THANK YOU! May the Universe continue to bless you all...

I chose 5 Stars because those I came in contact with were very personable, efficient, caring and accommodating to me and my questions and needs. I had a little longer wait in the waiting room and patient room but everyone that saw me or did tests were professional and took their time to take care of my needs. I have great confidence in this staff and Dr Jodie Hurwitz! She is the BEST! Highly recommend!

They didn't inform me that the address had changed, so I went to the old location. I tried calling the office, but no one answered. The only line that picked up was the emergency/physician line, and they kept me on hold for a long time. Then they gave me another incorrect address. In total, it took me about an hour and a half to finally reach the correct office. When I arrived, the staff were quite rude. I tried to explain to the manager that every time I try to call to make an appointment, no one answers the phone. I always end up having to call the physician or nurse line for Dr. Kowalski. The person who took my blood pressure and EKG was also extremely rude -- antisocial and disrespectful -- and didn't even respond when I said hello. Bottom line: no one ever answers the phone at this office, the staff are not friendly, and although the manager tried to help, she also became argumentative. They should have informed patients about the address change. The last time I saw the doctor was two years ago, and I had no idea they had moved. It took 30-45 minutes just to reach someone who could give me the correct address, and throughout the process I felt the staff were unkind and disrespectful.
