This review is for the staff who schedules appointments for Dr. Pervaiz. After he sent me to the ER last week and instructed me to follow-up "as soon as possible," I called Dr. Pervaiz's office and set an appointment for 10/17 at 10:15am. Today I noticed the appointment was not showing up in my patient portal so I called just to make sure the appointment got put on the books. I was told there was NO appointment booked for me for that day. That's a HUGE fail on their part when it comes to the doctor-patient relationship. If I can't even trust the staff to put an appointment on the books, how can I trust them with my health?
