Medical City Heart Hospital

For the most part the nurses and staff were very nice. Very consistent in terms of checking in and providing medications. Food was good and easy to order (takes a little while to get there). Also after I ate my food tray would sit in the room basically all day until I asked them to remove it. But overall I wouldn't have an issue having additional surgeries at this hospital.

I have spent a lot of time in the hospital in the last 15 months and I have to say this was my best experience yet. I had to have knee revision surgery. My nurses were all great!! Everybody was great. Everybody had a smile on their face, they were friendly, they were nice. they were helpful; etc

I had a great experience with Dr. Musselman. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really helped put me at ease. I had a cardiac angiogram and stress echo. He also went out of his way to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The front office staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall, an excellent experience -- I highly recommend Dr. Musselman and his team!

I have received nothing but the best treatmeant from the time I checked into this hospital and I really appreciate all of the doctors and nurses everyone has truely taken great care of me and made sure I've had everything I needed everyone has been very nice to me and have treated me like family I never write reviews but I had to... you all really saved my life and I will never forget any of you... I hope yall keep up the amazing work and keep continuing to be the best that yall can be and keep saving lives and making the world a better place the world needs more people like yall I love yall so much and once again thank yall for everything yall have done for me, Hands down the best hospital ever.

My husband has been a patient in this hospital many times. There are so many things we appreciate; the ER, nurses, techs, cleaning staff. We are grateful for free parking. After staying for several nights, I have a few complaints. The cafeteria should be open 7 days a week, 3 meals a day. The little coffee bar that is open for breakfast does not offer any heart healthy breakfast options. There is no gift shop. That means no Tylenol or Tums, toothbrushes or other necessary items. I love the small feel of the hospital, but there should be access to food 3 meals a day for caregivers and loved ones.
