I walked in the reception area and immediately heard staff reaching out to patients- treating them kindly and recognizing their needs. Melody makes everyone feel like family. She makes it her business to go the extra mile - following up with personally calling and ordering and checking on an RX when a patient is overwhelmed. She does her work with a smile and an open heart. Dr. Park and V take the time to genuinely listen to each patient- not just with the stethoscope, but with their own hearts. Amazing. I met Julie at check out. She was so friendly and caring, she made me feel like I was truly special. This is a practice built on expert medical knowledge, but equal parts love and human kindness. I am so grateful.
I had a TAVR aortic heart valve surgery 9 Days ago with Drs Park and Pool and their team. I was so afraid of anything unusual happening. Pre-op they came in to ask if we had any questions. My wife and eldest son were with me. Then Dr Park asked if I would like for them to pray with me. I am a Catholic and for them to offer to pray with me brought such a rush of comfort I will never forget. They did a great job and I feel like a new man in only 9 days: thanks Docs! I highly recommend this team as the are well coordinated and very transparent on communication.
The receptionist was extremely nice. Great team of nurses who are friendly, and the physician was very patient with me and spent the needed time with me to make sure my questions were answered.
Dr. Park and his staff are a pleasure to work with. Always friendly and informative. They take a genuine interest in the patients wellbeing.
