Dr. Pool and his staff are all top notch!!! My husband was referred to Dr. Pool for open heart surgery. We came away from the initial visit with complete peace, and in no way were we disappointed throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about his skill, professionalism, efficiency, communication, and compassion. He is a top-rated surgeon, yet he is very personable. The fact that he stopped in before surgery and asked if he could pray with us was a huge blessing to both of us.

This is my second attempt to post a review since the first did not take for some reason. I feel that this is very important to not re-post. So, in December of 2016, Dr. Pool performed a much needed heart surgery on me. I had put it off nut now it became a "must". He gained my trust and confidence and so I finally agreed to the surgery. Not only is Dr. Pool an excellent surgeon but also a great soul. I so appreciated his kindness and prayer before my surgery. I don't wish anyone heart problems but if you need a surgeon look for the best and that would be Dr. John Pool.

On July 28,2020 I consulted with Doctor Dr.John Pool at his office and shared with him reason for my visit. He listened to me patiently showing concern with the passion to help and dedication giving me all the time Needed to explain what brought me to him. He was cordial and I felt comfortable.He devoted reasonably time explaining to me the step by step protocols and procedures on what needs to be done and he ordered all Required tests going forward and they were all done. Dr.John Pool and his Medical Team were flawless. On the day of my procedure, all hands were on deck and he took care of business for me. The procedure was flawless. I humbly want to thank Dr.Pool for being the thorough, dedicated, thoughtful, and an Awesomely compassionate doctor that you are! Dr. Pool ,You answer the call of duty and the You took the extra mile above and beyond your duty. I feel so blessed to cross path with you and have you as my doctor. You are God sent and a great asset to the medical community. He visited with me the day after to check how I am doing and shared more great test results with me and they are Awesome!

I found Dr. Pool and his staff to be very prompt, efficient and compassionate. It was my first visit and I was impressed with the calm, smooth, and unhurried manner of both Dr. Pool and his staff. I was taken into an examination room within minutes of my arrival and Dr. Pool came in within a five-minute period. He expressed his concerns openly and explained the procedure thoroughly. He listened patiently to my questions and answered them in a direct and concise manner. I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Pool.
