Not a good experience at all:( In fact, I am still confused and upset. Waited in waiting room a whole hour. Then another 20 mins to see MD. MD then took a phone call and responded to text messages in front of me during my new patient exam? No real answers or instructions given to my questions. MD listed some tests that were to be done next. He left the room, and I waited about 15 mins when his assistant comes in room and asks why I am still there?? I am then rushed out of the room as they are needing to get another pt in. I'm taken to front desk where the secretary gives me some box and tells me to "wear it for 30 days..." I tell her I have no idea what she is talking about, and that no information was given regarding exactly what and when these additional tests will be done and when I'm to then again return?? And definitely nothing was discussed about wearing anything? She tells me to just look in the box, smiles and then returns to her desk. I have seen and worked with lots of doctors (being a nurse myself), but I have NEVER been to see a doctor with this poor of communication and service. I left feeling very confused, upset, angry, and...beyond disappointed:( This is just my very honest review and experience...
Great Experience. I was in and out in 45 minutes! The front desk associates were awesome (Ashley - I will make good on your {simple} glazed donuts!). The nurse\med tech was very professional and I really liked Dr. Jindal. He acted like he had all the time in the world to talk to me and he explained things at a level I could understand.
I saw Dr. Jindal in March. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel comfortable. My issue is with the organization and how backed up they seem to be. He wanted and Echo done and 2 months later was the earliest available. I planned ahead, took the day off, and drove an hour to get there. When I walked up to the counter, the lady told me the technician was out today and they'd have to reschedule - for 6 weeks later. No one called me. No heads up. Very unprofessional. If time is no issue, I suppose it's good care. If you're needing something quickly, well...
Dr. Feghali is extremely careful, explains everything, and is utterly committed to his patients and their health. The office is very well-run.
