All the staff are kind and always greet us with a smile. They are prepared for our visit and make something that could be stressful into a pleasant experience. The staff exemplify the extraordinary leadership of Dr. Kao.

Everyone here is always so kind and caring. We have been coming here to see Dr, Kao for over 20 years now. She was the first Dr. to know what was wrong with my son. We just love her and her staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Kao since I was 3-months-old, I'll be 23 this year. She was the one to diagnose me as an infant and care for me after multiple open-heart surgeries; I've been seeing her since. My parents have literally trusted her with my life, and I do too now as an adult. The staff here is always so sweet, I've seen so many people come in and out in my 20+ years and every person I've encountered from the receptionists, EKG techs, and echo techs, have always been great! It's also always great to see familiar faces when I go back!

My son has been cared for by Dr. Kao for 16 years. We have always received excellent care from her. The office staff are kind and easy to work with, and Dr. Kao's approach makes it enjoyable! We have been see Dr. Kao every 6 months for almost 23 years; on every appointment that I have attended she enters the exam room and tells my child hello and asks me how I'm doing. She then listens to everything my child wants to talk about. She then conducts her exam and then explains what she saw on the ultrasound. After explaining any new findings, she listens to more of what my child has been doing. She definitely has the best bedside manner, even after all these years. I highly recommend Dr. Kao for any pediatric heart issues.
