Dr. Robert L. Rinkenberger, MD

Excellent manner and extremely personable and thoughtful Dr. My mother has 3 Drs at her 95yr age and this is our favorite. Dr Rinkenberger demonstrates what a Dr should be. He's gentle, a listener, gives important input and very likeable. I recommend him to everyone.

I work at a hospital and we needed medical records from their office. I sent a release of medical records yesterday and followed up this morning by calling since we had not received anything. When I called this morning I was placed on hold when I said what I was calling for (without being told or asked to be placed on hold.. I just heard silence so that's how I knew I was placed on hold). When the second person (Bobbie) answered she told me there were only two people there seeing patients at the office and they were very busy so getting medical records for another facility was not a priority. She asked by when I needed it and I told her that being a hospital and the Pt was here our doctor would have liked it yesterday (since I had requested it early yesterday). I was told she would TRY to get to it today. It makes me wonder if the Pt was in a more critical area not being able to give us all the medical information we needed would they still not be able or willing to get us the medical records in a timely manor .. Especially if we needed to compare a test or if we could just not do extra testing if we could just get the results.

Rink is great. If you're looking for an electrophysiologist he is the doctor for you.

Very, very good Doctor. Just had a new Pacemaker replacement and all went/and is well.

Dr Rikenberger is such a great caring doctor!
