Patient
What a Disappointing Communication Experience!!! I arrived 20 minutes late due to a non working training that blocked my route which I informed the office before my appointment time. I understand that there is only a 15 minute grace period, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive any communication from the office about needing to reschedule. It would have been much more considerate to send a quick message, especially knowing that I had to drive a long distance. It's important for offices to consider patients' time as much as they do for the doctors. No one wants to waste time, and a little communication can go a long way. All I was told was yes, they received my message I was running behind when I arrived rather than calling and letting me know to reschedule or ask what time I am expected to arrive. I hope improvements can be made in the future to avoid similar situations. Because if this, I will have to fine another doctor as I'm no longer interested in dealing with this office! Do better and respect other people's time!
