What a Disappointing Communication Experience!!! I arrived 20 minutes late due to a non working training that blocked my route which I informed the office before my appointment time. I understand that there is only a 15 minute grace period, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive any communication from the office about needing to reschedule. It would have been much more considerate to send a quick message, especially knowing that I had to drive a long distance. It's important for offices to consider patients' time as much as they do for the doctors. No one wants to waste time, and a little communication can go a long way. All I was told was yes, they received my message I was running behind when I arrived rather than calling and letting me know to reschedule or ask what time I am expected to arrive. I hope improvements can be made in the future to avoid similar situations. Because if this, I will have to fine another doctor as I'm no longer interested in dealing with this office! Do better and respect other people's time!

I will rate Dr. David Harper and his entire medical staff at the very top. They are all professionally excellent and personally engaging. Like many octogenarians, I have a heart-health history that includes a triple bypass in 1983, followed more recently by 2 stents. Today, I am still energetic, physically active and feeling very well, thanks to the continuing advice, care and overall medical management I receive from cardiologist, Dr. David Harper.

Staff nice and helpful. I don't understand why you send new patient forms then ask me all the same questions in person. Dr. Harper was great! Professina! and knowledgeable.
