I tried calling to get schedule availability for the doctor and was treated in a VERY RUDE manner for absolutely no reason. The woman who answered the phone had an immediate bad attitude when I asked the question about appointment availability. She said "Not right now" with a sharp tone in her voice then she hung up the phone without giving me a chance to speak and get more clarity about the appointment schedule. I called again and the same woman answered and proceeded to be rude and hang up the phone on me again. I've never experienced such rude behavior calling a healthcare facility about scheduling an appointment. I can now say that Dallas Medical Physican Group Pulmonology is NOT a place I would recommend anybody to visit. If the front office treats people bad like that I can only imagine that the service is even worse.
