Dr. Charles Victor Lampe M.D Electrophysiologist Cardiologist and Dr. Chan performed a new battery in my pace-maker defibrillator. It was the most perfect surgery I have ever had in my entire life. I didn't feel pain during surgery and now after surgery I feel no pain. Dr. Lampe & Dr. Chan are some of the most dynamic, outstanding, prominent, excellent, skillful, gifted, impeccable and caring Doctors in the Medical Practice. They have excellent, superb bed-side manners. Alexis Casey Euart is Dr. Lampe Nurse Practitioner. She guided through the process of getting my surgical procedure set up. She is magnificent, professional and very caring. She was expedient and so helpful. She is really outstanding, efficient and knowledgeable. She gets the job done perfectly. Nurse Debbie at Presbyterian Hospital was right by my side after surgery. She was the sweetest Angel, right by my side until I left the hospital. She didn't let me want for nothing. I just love her. She ordered and served me the most delicious lunch before I left the hospital. It was the most delightful and greatest experience I ever had while being a patient in the hospital. God Bless Dr. Charles Victor Lampe, Dr. Chan, Nurse Practitioner Alexis Casey Euart, Nurse Debbie and Surgery scheduler Paula Hammack, she was very very helpful to me too. She explained the complete procedure.

Very well organized front office: check-in went smoothly (especially if you use eCheck online) and the wait was minimal. My physician (Dr. Lampe) solicited my input and listened carefully to what I said. His perspective was insightful, and he steered me towards a treatment choice that in retrospect I consider to be the optimal one. At all times I was treated with respect and as a partner in my choice of treatment. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Dr. Lampe and his staff as I navigate through my medical issues.

This was my first visit with Dr. Lampe. He was interested in my heart concerns and explained to me the best way to handle the situation for now. He was understanding and patient with his new patient. I was comfortable with his suggestions and at no time did I feel rushed. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing his advisement and care.

This was perhaps one of the most invalidating experiences I have had with medical appointments. I came in to see Dr. Lampe regarding POTS, referred by a cardio. I have multiple chronic health issues which have been diagnosed by multiple major hospitals (I had proven documentation) and I was looking for someone to better manage them. He had a lot of nerve to ask if this was "maybe just depression?" I really hope it was just a bad day. I'm sure he's a knowledgeable doctor and I really hope he chooses not to invalidate patients struggling with chronic health issues in the future.

I was admitted to 23 hour observation for pacemaker procedure in early morning . After the procedure I was transferred to the floor room but I had severe chest pain. The caring nurse told me it is only muscle pain and will go away. The pain was very crucial and was not able to lie down on bed instead I was resting my head on aside table on a pillow . I was having trouble talking to my family. I thought I was going to die. Attending nurse called the on call doctor and ordered some painkillers but nothing helped me 3 days I was in that hospital with severe pain killers like Intravenous pain medicine . Meanwhile they have tested and found out I had pericarditis with this particular procedure. I was discharged with prescription medication and instructions. Later I received a major medical bill from that hospital for the days I stayed as 23 hour observation. When I called the billing department she told me Dr Lampe did not change the status of 23 hour observation to hospital admission. she asked me to call him and change the status to hospital admission after the 23 hours of my hospital stay.I was completely covered by Medicare for hospitalization. But it didn't happen due to my doctor 's carelessness . I suffered a lot with pain due to pericarditis.I was charged massively. He was good for few visits afterwards he was bad . I had to go back to my own cardiologist . Dr Lampe is not honest doctor . I feel like I was under pressure to be there since he did the procedure. Hope he is improving his attitude and care to his patients .
