The fact that you have to be seen by a clinic called "Center for Advanced Heart and Lung Disease" is terrifying. With heartfelt empathy, Baylor has done a superb job of helping us navigate through this, and has professionally and expertly, watched the case closely to make sure that life-saving options remain available.

The comments made previously by Eric remain true one of the most important assets is that whenever you call in you get to talk to a nurse not a receptionist secondly, they have schedule and they stick to it. It's rare that I have to wait very long outside of that schedule to see the doctor or PA. Everyone is empathetic and pleasant and the doctors are quite efficient and knowledgeable. So while I regret having to be in a heart failure situation, these are the best and I highly recommend!
