Dr Archana is a very good and thorough doctor. She listens to her patients. Her staff and technicians are very friendly, competent and I've never had to wait longer than 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room before they call me back, but I always check in online. I've been seeing her for 5 or 6 years and plan to continue with her.
This Dr office is very very unprofessional at the front desk especially Itdel. When speaking she wants to speak over you. I was told to call in two weeks to get results for my sono. I called two weeks later and was told to call back in a week because the Dr is out of the country. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever.
She's good doctor, I think people assumes she cold because she straight to the point and she will not sugar coat anything for you. She is fast and has a lot of patients. So, wait time might be little issue but she will definitely get to the point and make sure you're taken care of. She's not extra friendly, she's straight business and straight to the point. Office staff is very competent and friendly. Have patience with them, they will follow up. It's a busy office.
Going to the office of Dr. Archana was really disappointed. I was supposed to have an Stress Test today. I got there 30 minutes early since I have to fill out some paper work. The waiting time was two hours, just to tell me to set up another appointment, since she is out of medicine, the one she has was expired and just sent me to the front desk to set up another appointment? What the doctors are thinking? Is because we are old people we don't have more things to do than going to kill time in their offices? I consider that a lock of respect.
I'm so very sorry to read the 3 negative reviews that I did. I have seen this dr 3 times. When I tell you she is the most straight forward and passionate dr I have seen to date an i have had my share in my 57 years. I drive all the way from Hope Arkansas and her and her staff are so patient with me and have gone out their way to accommodate me. I truly can't understand why anyone could have a bad word to say about her or her staff. I have yet had a procedure I will in a few weeks and will update my review. Just from visit and staff they're all wonderful and coming from me that's good because I do tell it like it is good or bad. Thank you Dr Archana and staff.
