The staff and PA Uyen Nyguen are amazing! Wait time is little to none, front desk is kind and efficient. PA Uyen Nyguen is a wonderful PCP and I couldn't recommend her more. She takes the time to ask questions, and actively listens to her patients. Your health will be in good hands here!

This is the best medical facility I have experienced. Dr Tran is excellent, takes time with you and listens well. He called me with my test results personally rather than having his assistant call. The entire staff is excellent. From check in to check out and everything in between, you will be taken care of. I have been a patient for approximately 8 years and I will never switch facilities or Doctors. Side note.... When Dr Tran is booked, his Physicians Assistant Michelle is excellent too.

Fantastic staff from front office to medical assistant. Friendly, competent and efficient. As always, think Dr. Tran is one of the best internal medicine doctors I have ever had. Knowledgeable about current recommendations and always has time to address my concerns and questions. Love this practice!

Kathryn Davis, PA, is truly exceptional. After being her patient for a couple of years, I finally convinced my husband--who typically avoids doctor visits--to see her, and he is now a fan! Kathryn genuinely listens to her patients and takes the time to understand their concerns. Unlike some doctors who seem distant, she engages with you, making you feel valued regardless of your questions. Her personable nature, extensive knowledge, and vibrant energy make every visit enjoyable. I actually look forward to my appointments, which might sound a bit silly! The front office staff is equally friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would--100 stars for sure!

2 no shows, and you become walk in only. Office culture does not support wellness journeys beyond cookie cut diagnosis. Dr. Tran approved, office manager hung up on me and I'll end the relationship as I know patients have RIGHTS to see their doctor on a scheduled visit. #adhd #timeblindness Respond to reply: OBVIOUSLY. This response reinforces my concern. After two missed appointments, patients lose the ability to schedule with their established physician and are relegated to walk-in-only care, with no consideration for disability-related barriers such as ADHD time blindness. When I attempted to discuss reasonable accommodation and/or the continuity of care, the office manager ended the call with no follow up. Efficiency is not the same as patient-centered care. Policies that punish neurodivergence without discussion reflect a deeper cultural issue, not a scheduling one.
