I been with this doctor for years and every is okay until thus visit. I called to make an appointment they told me the time and day for appointment. My sisiter call 2 days before the appointment and the front desk lady confirm the appointment with my sister. However, when I get to the clinic with my mom. The lady with blonde hair (front desk) she told me I don't have any appointment. She literally ignored me. She doesn't even ask what I'm here for, or if I need to reschedule. She doesn't really care about me and my mom. My mom needs to see the doctor and all she did is ignore me. She said if I don't have an appointment I can go home. I went on Monday the 8th. Who ever work at front desk on that day is so rude to me and my mom. This place they don't train front desk that well. You can lose clients with this attitude. I think the doctor don't know about her actions. No matter what position you work. If you work in medical field you need to be mindful and thoughtful for others. I think they make a mistake with my mom's appointment. They just have to said sorry and help me reschedule. However, instead of asking and helping she ignored me. It that how a front dest in the doctor clinic should behave? I don't recommend going here because of the front desk attitude.

Dr Nguyen takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers all questions. Usually don't have to wait too long either.

Dr. Nguyen is NOT current on women's health, so I do not recommend him for women. A few years ago, I experienced heart palpitations and Dr. N put me through a series of tests which all went fine. He eventually told me it wasn't life threatening but if bothered me too much, I could get on meds like beta blockers. I did not want to be on those and did not take them. I later researched on my own and discovered that palpitations are a very very common symptom of perimenopause and menopause, and my main doctor prescribed them to me, and I never had any palpitations again. At my follow-up with Dr. N a year or so later, I mentioned to him that I found lots of research documenting palpations with low estrogen and menopause and that I had been on it for months and no more palpitations; and he stared at me like I was a crazy woman for believing anything I read off the internet. Completely dismissed me. All women go through estrogen drop off, so unless Dr. N is going to only specialize in males and not see women, he needs to spend time getting familiar with the overwhelming evidence from the past decade on these matters. If he doesn't, and he recommends women try harsher meds like beta blockers without recommending to check hormones first, it is malpractice and we won't stand for it anymore.

I've known Dr. Nguyen for several years. He is humble, brilliant, and very personable. He has treated my hypertension through subtle tweaks in medication along with recommendations with my diet and exercise routine. He has always taken his time to listen and provide provides solutions that are specific to me. I truly appreciate his time and care.

This is a very professional doctors office and Dr. Nguyen is awesome and really cares.
