The staff and physicians at Heart Care Center of Northwest Houston are truly amazing--caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The level of customer service they provide is excellent. However, the leadership leaves much to be desired. I've called multiple times and left messages requesting a callback, but unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone with years of experience in healthcare leadership, I find this lack of follow-through unacceptable. Communication and accountability from leadership are just as important as clinical care, and I hope this concern is taken seriously moving forward.

Dr. Baig cares about his patients, and also for those under his care when entering hospital through ER and not his regular patient. which he did for my husband a number of times. I credit Dr Baig to saving his life in such a situation in thexyears past. I am blessef to be his patient.
