Last year I had an injury on my right hand which required cardiac clearance. I was referred to Dr. Fadi Alameddine MD, FACC of Cypress Heart & Vascular Center. He has offices in Methodist Cypress location off 290 & the HCA Hospital off 290. I have to say Dr Alameddine is one of the best doctors I have gone to. He is always professional and kind, and takes his time explaining what he is recommending and why. He has great bedside manner and is very attentive and knowledgeable. And, he really cares about my health. He immediately started testing and thoroughly reviewed my medications to make sure I was in a good state to have surgery. All the tests took several months, but once we knew my condition, he was able to recommend changes that immediately improved my health. I also wanted to say that his office runs like a well-oiled machine. The PS's, nurses and office staff are always friendly, kind, and attentive and seem to be on top of everything in regards to my health. They call me back regularly when needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Alameddine to anyone who needs cardiac care.

Service is extra slow. They charge for a specialist but I always end up seeing the NP who seems confused more than half of the time. They are not very helpful at all. They schedule you for a "15 minute appointment" and you end up wasting between 2-3 hours. They also do not even attempt to follow up for test results. I've had my other doctor's team try to contact them several times to request records and it does not happen. I've also been in the waiting room and can hear the receptionist talk to people about things that could be handled in private and not loud for the entire room to hear. Overall it is a very unprofessional environment.

Dr. Alamedine is a great doctor but my office visits have not been so reassuring. The receptionist are all very kind. It seems every time I go now I only see the PA. My meds were changed and I don't feel they are working. Had a change in insurances so in between I now have to pay 600.00 to see the doctor. Too much money.

I was a new patient at this practice because of a move from Dallas. My appointment was for 1:15. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Finally taken back by the medical assistant. She informed me that he would be performing a stress test. This is without seeing me. The treadmill was very old. She hooked me up and stated they will be in shortly. I waited and waited for 45 minutes. Finally I opened the door and shouted for someone to help.me. Shortly thereafter a nurse practitioner came in and performed the stress test. Wrote me a prescription and ordered additional testing. It literally was as I was checking out the nurse called out to the doctor and he shook my hand. I work in the Medical field and have never been treated like this. Needless to say I will find a different cardiologist.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Cypress Heart & Cardiovascular has been nothing short of a nightmare. While the medical care was less than satisfactory--no diagnosis or useful information provided--the real ordeal came with their billing process. From the start, it was a struggle to navigate their invoicing system. I received an invoice with an incorrect billing phone number. When I tried to resolve this, I found that the phone number on their voice message needed to be corrected. This led to numerous frustrating phone calls and hours spent just trying to pay the bill. I thought the worst was behind me until I received a notice from a collection agency more than two months after my payment had been cleared from my account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the office, their incorrect billing numbers and unresponsive staff made it nearly impossible to get any help. In the end, I had to spend an additional hour proving to the collection agency that the bill had indeed been paid. This entire experience has been exhausting and infuriating. I strongly advise avoiding this practice to save time and energy.
