The clinical staff do not return calls, nor do they confer with other physicians for continuity of care. It took them over a week to approve refills at the pharmacy for a medication for cholesterol that is not to be stopped taken. The medication is a "must take med". The staff was rude when I spoke to them. I spoke to them several times in the phone. It seems that the doctor is all about "the money" and seeing as many patients as he can instead of giving good patient care and advocating for his patients.

Great Dr! Dr Taylor is very nice and he listens to everything you have to say. Takes his time with a visit. The office is a little small. But it's okay, because everyone that works there is very friendly. It's nice and clean. So I know I'll be very well taken care of when I walk into the office. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor

I showed up for an appointment that was scheduled at 410 according to the text messages they sent me. I was actually a little late ( not that any doctor has ever kept anyone waiting) and the smart mouthed receptionist tells me that Dr Taylor is not seeing anymore patients. So I ask why was I scheduled at 410 if you say my appointment was at 4? then she says well I don't know why it was sent out that way. And I'm like well I can only go by what you send me so what are we gonna do here and she's like well. He's seeing his last patient for the day and I ask was I supposed to be the last patient for the day and she says yes I said so if he still seeing the patient that was in front of me wouldn't I be waiting right now had I been here at 4:10? and she's like yes, but he's not seeing any more patients. He's getting ready to go home. So I say well can I speak to the doctor and she tells me no he's with a patient and I said well let me speak to your supervisor because if I've been here on time, I would still be waiting to see the doctor since I was his last patient of the day and he still with a patient that is in front of me so what's the difference. And she rolls her eyes at me and then starts typing up, but I can only assume is her complaining about my issues with this situation. However, I finally get to get in and see him, but this girl does not need to be dealing with patients with heart issues.

Brought my daughter in to see Dr. Taylor. He was very thorough, gentle spoken, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns. Being a parent bringing your child into the cardiologist is scary. Dr. Taylor made the experience comfortable and less stressful. A huge thanks to Dr. Taylor for your true professionalism and commitment!

This doctor has the best bedside manner and shows care for his patients from the very 1st day you meet him to even 9 years later. I would recommend him to any and everyone who needs a cardiologist.
