Patient care here is phenomenal!! They have been taking very good care of my Dad! From the doctors, head nurses, staff nurses, aides, housekeeping, food service and cafeteria staff, all staff we encounter are friendly and eager to help in any way. I would have given 5 stars but the patient rooms and bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. The second room my Dad was transfered to the bathroom smelled moldy and the porcelain sink was scratched up with black marks. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean but a good paint job and new flooring would make the rooms not look so old and drab. They have perfected the patient care aspect so if they would work on the optics it would definitely be a 5 star review.

The emergency room staff was a little rude. Mr. Michael Martinez and a nurse named Katherine were amazing to me! I was in room 333 and EVERY SINGLE NIRSE WAS AMAZING! Nurse Jose Nurse Gabby Nurse Dexter Ect. And literally almost every nurse that worked my room were PHENOMENAL! They made my stay so comfortable no matter how many times I cried because I missed my home. Anyway, all around they were all amazing and I loved my whole stay there. Keep up the good work!!!!!

A PCDF procedure was performed here on November 19, 2025. Nurse Courtney provided exceptional care and was very attentive throughout the process. Dr. Austin Mike-Mayer, the surgeon, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and expertise in spinal surgery. The experience was almost painless, and I was unaware of having a severely fractured neck from early childhood until my fiance Bex encouraged me to explore my persistent discomfort. I am confident I will recover fully and return even stronger than before. Thank you, St. Christus.

All staff I met were phenomenal, always looking for ways to ensure my comfort, both medically and emotionally. So kind, like family only better. I believe my primary nurse was Hailey and dicharge nurse was Christi. Both were warm, welcoming and sweet as could be. On Side 1 when I called with a question on my medication orders, Ms Alice already knew the answer. Those are only a few examples of wonderful people but they speak volumes for your entire staff. Horrible. Disgusting. Negligent. I was put in a room with no room number off to the side, basically a glorified broom closet and forgot about. I was there for FOUR hours with out a single medical professional even checking in or introducing themselves. The bed I was put in had blood literally DRIPPING down it. The room was disgusting it had been so long since the trash was taken out it smelled like rotting urine. Absolutely disgusting this place is horrific!!! I was transferred from another hospital and the EMS left me in the hallway, there was no transfer of care, there were no vitals taken the entire time I was there. I left with an IV still in my arm I had to remove myself! I was asked in the hallway in front of countless other patients if I had VAGINAL DISCHARGE........ extremely unprofessional and a violation of EVER SINGLE privacy law that exists! This hospital is BEGGING for a law suit and by the other reviews I'm reading it looks like they wouldn't come out looking too good. This place needs to be shut down!!!!
