Make sure the appointment time is a time when the offices are open, your phone calls answered...not being forwarded to nowhere, not wasting your precious time and energy waiting for the place to open.appt time nowhere near operating hours so taking time off work,losing pay isnt fun for anyone Directions are dead wrong. Dont bother calling before 8 am, no one answers. Lost day of work, lost money, lost time Waste of time.
First of all, this office is in the street side (Northwest) in the Medical Plaza office of River Dr. (We went round and round looking for this office because google maps kept taking us to the ER in the back.) Dr. Badrudden was very informative and explained the how's and why's. And offered a good treatment plan. The staff was very friendly. Office is clean and comfortable.
Only went for an Echo. Crystal was excellent and really helped me to get scheduled quickly! Above and beyond! A+++
