My wife was diagnosed with AFIB a few months ago. We went to see Dr Vargas and he recommended a procedure called Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) and Cardioversion. He also wanted her to start taking Eliquis and start doing Physical Therapy for about a month. About 6 week just ago she had the procedure. We just saw him yesterday and no further procedures are needed. She now has her life back and can start doing all the things she couldn't do before. Hooray!
