I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience attempting to reschedule a consultation at your office. My initial appointment resulted in a nearly four-hour wait, ultimately necessitating my departure and rescheduling. Subsequently, rescheduling my appointment has proven unexpectedly challenging. Despite initial confirmation for April 10th, I was later informed that this date was unavailable and offered alternative dates of April 20th or 28th. This repeated rescheduling, coupled with the extended wait time during my initial attempt to visit, has caused significant disruption to my healthcare needs as a patient requiring urgent attention from a cardiologist. Your office staff are unprofessional and have no compassion whatsoever. I will not recommend your office now or ever.
