My doctor Crystal Foster moved to this location and i looove it!! I love how the setting is inside and more so outdoors. Beautiful view and great customer service experience from everyone i encountered!! I definitely recommend!!!

My visit would have been covered under my insurance. However since I would have been a new patient and not considered "established", billing coded it differently and it was no longer covered. It Would have cost me $400+ had I not been persistent and spoke with some in billing. When I first noticed and called in I was told it was due to someone inputting my previous insurance that was no longer active. We discussed my current provider and the system reflected a $0.00 balance. After about an hour or so it reflected $400+ again. I called and cancelled. Moral of the story stay vigilant with this company. If there is a loop hole they will find it. Unethical

It took two months to get an appointment with Dr. CUNNINGHAM, a doctor that I use to see at Baylor. The day of my appointment , I am called at 0706, that she would not be in, and I would need to reschedule. I call to reschedule, and no open appointments until December with Dr. Cunningham. If my appointment is canceled due to clinic. I should not have to wait additional five months. I was offered earlier appointment with other male providers, but that is not acceptable to me. When my appointment I waited over two months is canceled then why should I have to wait five months for next available. The worse part, poor communication. Actually got email at 1120 asking if I had checked in for my canceled appointment.

You are just $$$ to them. Careful when answering the doctor's questions during your annual exam. They'll look to get info out of you and then charge you over $300 for an appointment that is "out of the scope" of a normal annual exam. Oh, and don't bother to reach out to their "patient assistance" office. They will make every effort to collect the money.
