Horrible experience, Dr Fahad Javed doesn't run a professional practice... I'm having to reschedule an upcoming surgery, due to him telling me incorrect information, and his staff being extremely rude, and telling me " I'm the one who does billing, Not the doctor ". I would highly recommend anyone other than these people.
I was supposed to be given a call after seeing my Cardiologist on 5/16/22 to schedule a stress test but here it is 5/24/22 and I have not gotten a call. Thank goodness I didn't die waiting on the call but this is ridiculous. Hopefully this facility can get it together working with HCA and have better communication/plan in following up with patients who need to take these tests that have been ordered by the Cardiologist.
