We moved here 3 years ago and I transferred to an OBGYN for the remainder of my pregnancy, and then have all my kids, myself, and my husband come here for primary and specialty care. No place is perfect, but I have found I can usually get an appointment in a timely fashion, the staff are polite and helpful, and keeping all of our records in one place has been so helpful. Their billing services have always been organized, which is important to me.
I waited over 4 months for an appointment (diarrhea that I have had for 3 years) only to receive a phone call today telling me that they were going to have to reschedule due to not being able to give me accurate pricing into the new year. I'm not waiting another 4 months. I certainly hope what I have is not life threatening. I would rather wait another 4 months with a different facility if this is what they are concerned with. I have had Bcbs for 7 years and I don't anticipate any changes on my end, so I am so confused and angered by this whole ordeal. Money is more valuable than your ailment. No thank you BSW
Will make you wait until 11 weeks of your first pregnancy for a "phone intake appointment" just to tell you they have "no doctors" for my delivery in May. Why even schedule me an appointment then and make me wait until my 1st trimester is almost over with no medical care? So beyond baffled at the lack of communication and basic human knowledge. I, and my new medical providers that have been made aware of the situation are horrified. So glad I've found care elsewhere. I suggest you do the same for you and your babies!
Feedback is almost impossible to get from the physicians and nurses. PT might come once a day. The hospital released him a little over a week ago and he had to be taken in an ambulance, he was CLEARLY not ready to be released and sure enough... he's back in the hospital. Extremely disappointing
Told me I had canceled my apt when I know I didn't. Told me to go to the 900 building. 900 build Told me to go back to the clinic. Then when I get back to the clinic side the lady laughed like it was so damn funny.
