Simone Bailey-Brown, MD

Darlene Bohannon was the patient and I love Dr Bailey Brown. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and then tells me what I should do and she would follow up with me at next vist. The nurses and other staff are also just wonderful and know what they are doing. I would recommend anyone that needs a cardiologist to check this Dr and office out. They won't be disappointed.

The office staff was welcoming. They explained each step of my visit. I didn't feel rushed like the majority of Healthcare facilities. The staff was more mature and developed in customer service and office environment felt calm. Doctor Simone seemed knowledgeable, personable and immediately offered recommendations to address medical concerns. I felt like she took time to get an understanding of the purpose of my visit as a new patient

I visited the office of Simone Bailey- Brown. The staff there is great, friendly and efficient. My interaction with Dr. Brown was very good. She asked questions and allowed me to ask questions. The appointment didn't make me feel rushed. I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this doctors office.

Front desk staff was outstanding getting me setup in the computer and arranging tests ordered. The doctors nurse was very helpful and patient. Dr Bailey-Brown was amazing providing direct care and information in an understandable manner that increased my educational learning of extremely important aspects of heart disease and prevention.

Dr. Bailey Brown is amazing. She explains things at the patient level. The only issue I always have with the office is when I try to pay my copay and they tell me " have a great day, you're good" weeks later I get an outstanding balance. Scheduling can be difficult which is why it's important not to leave with out an appointment
