We had our annual checkup with Shawn Hart (PA) and I can honestly say she is the absolute best. We have never had such an amazing experience with any doctor, provider, or annual visit in our entire lives. Shawn was incredibly caring from the moment she walked in. She made us feel truly heard, valued, and understood. She paid attention to every single detail, asked thoughtful questions, and took her time with all the tests. Her kindness and sweetness, combined with her professionalism and deep medical knowledge, made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, recommended helpful shots for now or the future, and made sure we understood all our options. It's rare to find someone who is this compassionate and this knowledgeable at the same time. We left feeling confident, cared for, and grateful. We will definitely continue coming here for our appointments, and we highly recommend Shawn Hart to anyone looking for a provider who truly goes above and beyond. Best experience we've ever had--hands down.

I have visited Cedar Park Ped & Fam Medicine off Ronald Regan Blvd twice and have been so impressed with the service both times. I've seen Shawn Hart, Nurse Practitioner, on both occasions and found her to be so knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I've found my "go to" for my health care needs and feel confident in her care. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service here!

We have been going to Cedar Park Pediatric And Family Medicine for over eight years and have generally really had good experiences, until the last couple of years. In that time, we've found it to have grown too much and lost the level of care it once had- quick appointments, friendly doctors who seemed relaxed, efficient systems. But these days it just feels like an inefficient patient factory. It's a real bummer. Our friends have moved on to other practices and I think we're headed that way too.

We've seen Dr. Christopher Ng over a year now and absolutely love him. He's so caring and thorough during each visit. He explains everything and has been very supportive, especially for us as first time parents. We appreciate him so much!

Couldn't see my son's normal pediatrician but they were able to get us right in with another pediatrician (Dr NG) that was just as amazing. Made my son feel comfortable for what he needed to get checked out and was very thorough with all the information and questions we had. The nurse helped coordinate my son's ultrasound stat appt and got us an appt that day when the other place we went to gave us the run around when he was supposed to be priority. Highly highly recommend this place! The Dr stayed in touch even into the evening after clinic hours to follow up with us which meant a lot! Got results asap.
