I was very impressed by how well Dr. Hassan and his staff treated me. Dr. Hassan is a great listener. He answered all my questions and gave knowledgeable advice. After he left the room, I remembered another question. I told one of his staff. She wrote the question down, asked Dr. Hassan and returned with a very thoughtful answer. That was so considerate of both of them. I told my sister about my experience and now she is a patient of Dr. Hassan.
Looking forward to my first Appt. here. ESPECIALLY, since Doctor Robert C. Schutt saved my life last week after a Heart Attack. Yeah, he did that. I was there! 5 Stars all day every day for Ascension Texas Cardiovascular-Cedar Park.
Everyone was nice; but I wasn't brought back to the exam rooms until exactly 1 hr after my scheduled time. I understand things happen that cause delays. I guess the fact that I was reminded during my check in of the steep charges for being late for an appointment. Do as I say, not as I do.
We are very happy with this office. The doctor and nurses and office staff are all polite and help with all our medical needs. They always have a smile on their face when we come in. So glad we found this wonderful office.
