FIRSTLY, THEY SAVED MY LIFE! Yeah, had the double "Widow maker" coronary Heart Attack. Went from, would have been dead in another hour, to walking out of there with 2 Stents in my formerly blocked Arteries, 3 days later. Shout out to Dr. Robert C. Schutt the Cardiologist. And 4th Floor West Wing Dr. Prasanthi Arety. All my Nurses were amazing on the 4th Floor West. But the Rock Star RN was Courtney, and her positive Energy. It was like having Sunshine in my room. And then there is the Accommodations. My room was huge, airy, and clean. Large double Windows. Felt like a Hotel, and it was all to myself. THEN THERES THE FOOD: Not kidding. The FOOD is Incredible here. Everything I had was great, tasted scratch made. Veggies were Al Dente', not mushy. Meats were Tender and perfectly seasoned. Starches were perfectly done. Like mashed sweet potatoes? Come here . Baked Goods not over sweet. Fruits were fresh, vibrant. You can order as much as you want every meal. Want Fish and Steak (yup steak), sure, just ask. The best Ham and Veggie Omelet I EVER HAD, was from this Cafeteria (sorry "First Watch"). They have turned the dreaded Hospital bad food Cliche' into dust! I was stunned as a Food Reviewer. I'm actually coming here to eat at the Cafeteria downstairs a few times a month to support this Food service operation. Yeah, it's that good. Coming to the Hospital isn't pleasant. But this one is run properly with Staff who really care. So when the ambulance asks you where you prefer? Pick this place. My Army of 18 million Viewers needs to try this Cafeteria and give them the bump they deserve. Well done ASCENSION SETON CEDAR PARK HOSPITAL! Thanks for saving my life AND being really great at running a Hospital. !

Since I found out that Im positive. My hubs and I decided to set an OB appointment to this hospital at Cedar Park Women's Center. Dr. Rush and her team is great! They're been so helpful throughout my pregnancy. They're feel us welcome, cared and be sure that we got everything we need. I do highly recommended to everyone. I will still coming here if planned to have my 2nd pregnancy. For the Labor and Delivery Department, I can say I also experienced the best care that I really need for my baby's birth. Everyone is so helpful and care a lot. Makes you more comfortable throughout the Labor. Its was very smooth delivery. I want to Thanks Dr. Waller and all the nurses assisting us especially to Gianna and Courtney for my wonderful and safe delivery experience. You guys doing your great job!! I do highly recommended this hospital to all. Thank you so much everyone!!

I am leaving this review for Monica, the CT Technologist, for her compassion and exceptional bedside manner. As a CT Technologist myself, I don't say this lightly--I was truly blown away by Monica. You can immediately tell that being a CT Technologist isn't just a job to her; it's a calling and a responsibility she takes very seriously. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction.Having Monica take care of my dad was truly a blessing, and I am confident she is a blessing to all of her patients. Healthcare needs more people like Monica.

ER. Listening to doctors and nurses discuss other patients medical care with their patients as I sit in the third waiting room, and still waiting for a private room three hours on. The front is empty to give the impression they are not busy. They've now created multiple waiting rooms behind the walls once you've registered. Their staff just walked into a space where only a cloth wall stands, and proceeded to discuss truly private and devastating news to a stranger on the other side of the cloth. The woman is crying and afraid she might not survive her surgery due a previous heart failure diagnosis. I know about her elementary kids she is desperately trying to get home to. I listen to nurses tell her it's against medical advice to leave, and that at 25% she "should survive the surgery" and all of this, she is speaking calmly and quietly. Yet I hear every word, even with a headset in. This is backwards. Violations of patient privacy. Unacceptable. Shameful. Piggish for a corporation to subject patients to this while still billing us the same as if we had our own private space to discuss care. With regards to my own care, I was discharged without ever seeing/speaking to a doctor. Only nursers and phlebotomists were involved in my care. I never had the opportunity to discuss my full symptoms. In addition, I was released with a diagnosis of a cough, when I came in with no cough, and a previous bronchitis residual recovery diagnosis. I still have no cough. I do however still have pain shooting down my arm when I take deep breathes, which is reminiscent of a bronchitis diagnosis. While symptoms may be similar between the two, it is important that every patients right to talk to a doctor about their care is provided. I was refused for no reason other than they were busy. How shameful is it to be billed for an emergency room visit and I never actually got to see/speak with their doctor. My heart goes out to the woman who was made afraid of leaving by the nurses when she clearly just needed someone beside her telling her she would get through this. No such support was provided to her, and the ominous statements made to her about leaving the hospital so she could collect her kids from elementary school prior to her surgery was/is a shameful act on the nurses at this facility. Extremely saddened that this is the type of healthcare Texans are provided.

I recently delivered my baby girl in this hospital and my experience was very good. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the coordination with meals was a little messy. Even though we had placed an order for dinner on the evening I had my delivery, no dinner was served. Javi and Sujin were my nurses in the L and D side and both were exceptionally good and caring. Attended to all my needs and concerns on time. Javi stayed longer during my active labor stage as well proving how much she cares about her job. My ObGyn was Dr. Chharitha Veerapaneni and I was very fortunate to have her on call that day. Her patience and encouraging tone was extremely helpful during my labor phase. None of them pushed to get induced or use any drug I was not comfortable in taking. All the nurses in the postpartum side were amazing. Kind and patient with each and everyone having a smile over their face encouraging all the new Mom's that they got this.
