Planned Parenthood - Cedar Hill Health Center

Don't get me wrong this is a good clinic but very slow when it comes to sending out pre authorizations to insurance to receive medications. I have been calling for a week trying to get my daughter medication and everyday I'm told to call back or no one can get a hold of the provider. My daughter has completely ran out of medication and at this point I'm very frustrated. Hope you are not in a rush

First time here and I had a great experience staff is very nice and helpful they make sure to explain everything with detail. Ashley was amazing.

My first visit here was positive. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs, and the doctor made me feel at ease throughout the process :)

Everything about my experience here was pleasant! The earliest appointment I could get for a routine procedure with my normal provider was several months away, so I called this location to schedule an appointment for the same service. I was able to be seen next day! All staff members were polite, punctual, and professional. I was finished with my appointment before it was even due to start. Highly recommended!

What a horrifying first time experience. I was already anxious, and it felt like my concerns were dismissed. The person I spoke to on the phone about scheduling an appointment was rude, and when I arrived, the staff seemed unapproachable and indifferent. The phlebotomist handling my blood draw showed little sensitivity toward my needle phobia, which made the experience even more distressing. Ultimately, I had to reschedule elsewhere. I do not plan on returning to this location. Please strive to uphold your motto and treat patients with the compassion they deserve.
