Dr Marshall is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals. Dr Marshall on the medical committee for the Camp Sweeney Summer Camp for Diabetic Children.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marshall for over 30 years. He is also the primary care Doctor for my entire family. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain whatever you need to know concerning your health. He is the best Doctor I have ever had. That's why I have been a patient of his for so long & will continue to be a patient for as long as he is in practice. Extremely trustworthy & knowledgeable.
Writing this review as I know a lot of people have a difference of opinions. My family and I have been under the care of Dr. Marshall. He is one of the best doctors I know. I am a nurse and I have meet a lot of doctors. I would give this review a millions stars if I could. Once again Thank you Dr. Marshall and his staff for the wonderful job. Not one bad experience noted for over 5 years.
I was merely looking up the phone number for Methodist Family and was surprised to find less than excellent ratings for this office. I have been a client of theirs for many years, primarily Dr Marshall, and they have always provided expert care. The office did however have a complete computer upgrade last year so that might explain the minor communication issues. Whenever Dr Marshall is unable to see me the staff always fits me in with another MD and they have also been very professional and helpful.
Dr. Marshall is actually a pediatrician. My first appointment there took 3 hours because of miscommunication between the Dr and the lab. I finally walked out after 3 hours because I was exhausted and frustrated. During the exam I asked Dr. Marshall are we off the record? He said sure. I told him something I was self conscious about and then I found out he recorded it. If you can't trust your doctor then the relationship is ruined. Dr. Marshall lied to me.
Dr. Michael Marshall has been an amazing doctor since I was born. Unfortunately the office is not that helpful. I honestly wish he was still at Kaiser because the amount of customer service there superseded what customer service he has now. I even asked could I see the secondary Dr. On sight and I can't even go to him. This is so frustrating since literally my entire family still are able to see him and I'm the only one that can't. If you are able to see this Dr. Marshall it's Kourtni Jones, if you have time one day I would love to talk to you because you were the only Dr I trusted completely.
