Natalie checked us in 30 minutes before closing and was flexible with paperwork being filled as we were being seen. It was like we were VIP from the moment we walked in. Self pay is better than any care now and I will always take my kids emergencies to this place of business here on out. Dr Ian and staff, yall have won a customer for life. Regardless of them unable to assist fully, he did his absolute best with the materials he had.

I brought my son here recently for a problem visit. The entire process went very smoothly from check in, to rooming and visit with the nurse practitioner. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this place for any pediatric urgent care needs in the area.

This is a great urgent care. The staff was very friendly. I brought my daughter here for an eye infection and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The provider was very kind and knowledgeable. Our prescription was sent over immediately. I would highly recommend coming here for a thorough and fast visit.

Overall great experience! Front desk and nurse practitioner were kind and helpful. My daughter was scared to go to any doctor or hospital but they made her feel safe. They even called the next day to check how she was doing. Made me feel like they really cared!

Amazing! This is the second time I schedule an appointment for my son. Scheduling online is super easy and convenient. When I get there, the staff is always friendly and kind. My wait time is no more than 5 minutes and the providers there are so sweet, patient, and they listen. I love this place and I'm so happy that my son can get the care he needs. I would definitely recommend this place for your children.
