I have never, in my life, met a Doctor as informative and caring as Dr Osborne. He spent a great deal of time educating me on Hypertension and Cardiac related issues. Both of which I am experiencing right now. I went to him for a second opinion and I will not be continuing with my current Cardiologist. Dr Osborne explained his plan of action thoroughly (which included why the test my current Cardiologist has ordered will not provide the information needed) and I am relieved and very confident in having Dr Osborne take over my care.
