Fort Worth Heart

I have been a patient of Dr. Rios sine 2007. I've received nothing but the best care. The staff is very much a part to the success of Fort Worth heart. Everyone has their own option. So give them a chance to make you better.

I am Frustrated!! I had three appointments this month. Two of three were cancelled. Today's appointment I take off work annd anrrive early early. Not a call text voicemail email. Nothing appointment was canceled! The least they could have done is contact me. I took off work for nothing. I haven't been rescheduled for the two cancelled appointments.

Like many before me... I wish I had read the reviews before I blindly accepted to the referral to this office(Dr. Cristal). Context: I have been a licensed health care provider for over 25 years. I arrived on time, I was seated 40 minutes late, no one informed me or apologized. Dr. Cristal showed up ONE HOUR after I seated, he mumbled sorry. The exam was rushed and cursory at best. At check out Dr. Cristal had to raise his voice over the receptionists gossiping; he was doing this while putting on his coat to get out of the office. As a 60 + y/o health care provider I can say the following with confidence, " please avoid this office...."

One of the most difficult facilities I've ever been to. Ive been trying to reach my doctor (Dr.Salim) for over a week, and everyone I spoke to just sent me to their voicemail each time. I was recommended here specifically for quick results that another doctor is waiting to hear back on to do a surgery that has now been pushed back 2 months while waiting for results. After insisting that someone reach out to my doctors' department personally I finally heard back from someone who was very apathetic to my situation and gave off the impression that she did not care to help at all, much less show concern. For a place with "Heart" in its name, its very disappointing.

This has been a very bad experience from the first appointment. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor the visit lasted 5 minutes. I was overcharged several times and even spoke with the Billing supervisor and tried to get it rectified. She never returned the last call after leaving many messages. Never saw the same doctor. I did get the tests done but what a mess!
