Dr Smith performed my father's triple bypass and valve replacement. While he is a great surgeon, his bedside manner is a bit rough. I can deal with his abruptness since he is a great surgeon...but maybe he could work on being a bit more approachable so the patient and family members feel comfortable asking important questions.
