Valley Baptist Medical Center: Brownsville

I had a fantastic experience at Valley Baptist thanks to Dr. Flores and the incredible nurses. The labor and delivery nurses were my biggest cheerleaders and made my birthing experience a very positive one. Anytime I had a question or needed something to be more comfortable, they were quick to help and answer all of my questions thoroughly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I felt very taken care of from the moment I walked in. The post partum nurses were patient and kind and made sure me and my family were well taken care of. I truly can't thank Dr. Flores, Lillian, Amanda, Samatha (lactation consultant) and all of the other incredible nurses for taking such good care of me and my family. We appreciate the love and care you give to your moms!

Lupita Pena in phlebotomy is amazing! She easily and painlessly drew my blood...but I knew she would! My mom has deep fragile veins and it usually takes several attempts by several people to draw her blood. When she was here Luputa did it on the first try! Thats why I knew when I saw her I was in good hands. As for Victor who did my EKG, he was very polite, kind and fast, and he took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Hospitals are not preferred destinations, but if you have to be here, people like Lupita and Victor make the stay comfortable. Thank you!

Nurses Leslie and Jasmine, as well as the fantastic Dr Ross provided excellent service in every aspect. They were polite, professional, thoroughly communicative, and made the patient and family feel very comfortable during the process. Give them all a raise! :)

Dr. Dones did an amazing job on my dad's surgery, and we are so grateful for the excellent care he received. We also want to thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Edwin, RN, Lee, RN, and Alondra, CNA, went above and beyond -- they were not only attentive but also very sweet and compassionate throughout my dad's recovery. We truly appreciate everything they did for him.

I had an amazing experience at Valley Baptist Medical Center Brownsville. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for throughout my entire stay.
