PAD Specialists - Brownsville

Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the receptionist, Abilene, (unique name). She was very nice and welcoming. They had snacks and drinks in the lobby, and I asked if they were selling them, and she said they were complimentary for the patients. I entered the exam room and had a team of three techs that again were very pleasant and did the exam of my legs. The results took about ten minutes and the Nurse Practitioner, Leslie, came in and was very thorough in explaining the results and that the result was excellent. She offered a box lunch from Jason's Deli if they had received them since it was a little early. When I left, I picked up my box lunch and a drink to go. I highly recommend PAD Specialists to anyone who needs this exam done.

I would recommend anyone that needs to have an ultrasound of your legs, to do it At PAD Specialists in Brownsville, Tx. The staff was not only understanding, but very knowledgeable on the procedure and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had asked to go during my lunch break so I had not eaten. They had snacks and drinks and what I liked the most is that I was taken in right away. The entire procedure was done in less than an hour.

I thought everyone was so nice and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and the great thing about it is that you get your results the same day plus there was no waiting They are very prompt with the steps of the visit. They made sure you understood everything about the procedure and answered all questions. The Brownsville office was very clean and I would definitely recommend a family member or friend. Thank you for putting me (the patient) first. What an awesome crew!!

I have had 2 visits at PAD Specialist in Brownsville and both have been excellent experiences. The employees are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was treated with the highest importance which made me feel that I was special. They explained everything before they asked questions or did any test. I recommend PAD Specialist to anyone having or think they may have feet or leg issues. They are AWESOME!!

Unfortunately I have been to many doctors over the past 20 years. I found that pad was by far the most professional group that I have ever encountered. They actually made me feel like I was the only patient, not being hearded around like cattle, arranging transportation for me which was an issue in the past. Just wonderful professional people. Every one of them and they even give you a deli sandwich when you leave... Who does that anymore? Pad does!
