Had procedure done by the doctor and never got the results from him. I had to hear the results for a nurse who didn't even have the answers for my questions. She only told me that the doctor will call me and until this day have Have never received a call from him or an appointment to talk to him about my results for that procedure done. Also had a lot of problems with the staff getting all my paperwork for the procedure, they wouldn't have it on time or they would not even remember to do the paperwork Need to be calling just to Just to keep them remaining to complete the paperwork, so it will be ready on time for the date that they have a sign

I was having an issue with my heart, so I was referred to this cardiology clinic. Every single one of my concerns were ignored due to my young age. When I tried asking questions about a heart monitor that was placed on, TWICE, and the results of it, I was brushed off once again, told everything was fine and left with zero answers. Now I'm trying to do my own research because my trip was useless. If you're paying out of pocket, go somewhere else.

Excellent clinic to attend, the staff are so polite by phone and in person. It can be pretty full in the waiting area but still they can handle everything with a smile, this was our first time at the facility and we were treated we respect and kindness. Dr. Fadi is very professional and attentive, we came in not knowing what to expect and now we know for sure we can recommend this doctor to our loved ones.
