Facilities were very clean and comfortable. Office Personnel were polite and professional. Nurse called me in almost immediately so wait time was not an issue. Nurse (Emma) was very nice and helpful. Dr Ngishu is an exceptional doctor who makes you feel very comfortable and able to speak freely about your issues so that she can address them adequately.

Fast, friendly, and courteous. Have been a patient of Dr. Vias for 20 years. Have never had to sit in the waiting room more than 15 minutes. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Dr. Via has a very personable demeanor.

I would like to share my experience with Marc S. Wilson, NP, in the hopes of providing constructive feedback. In the summer of 2024, I visited NP Wilson due to persistent hip and leg pain that was causing a noticeable limp. After reviewing my hip X-rays, he concluded that there were no significant issues requiring further attention. While I appreciated his assessment, I left the appointment feeling uncertain about the cause of my discomfort. Unfortunately, my pain continued to worsen, eventually leading me to seek emergency medical care. An orthopedic specialist immediately ordered an MRI and administered two steroid injections, one in my knee cap and another in my hip. I was ultimately diagnosed with patella alta, a condition that contributed to my ongoing discomfort. Additionally, I had to advocate for physical therapy myself. However, without a proper diagnosis at the time, there was no clear guidance on what specific movements or exercises to avoid to prevent further aggravating my condition. In hindsight, a more thorough evaluation, possibly including additional imaging or referrals, might have helped identify the issue sooner and prevented unnecessary pain, and an ER visit. I hope this feedback encourages a more comprehensive approach to diagnosing complex joint and mobility concerns, as early intervention can make a significant difference in a patient's outcome.
